Ken & I have lived in this county for over 23 years. We moved here from the bay area to enjoy a quieter, simpler lifestyle and raise our children. The children are gone and we are still enjoying the lifestyle in El Dorado county.

Our job allows us to meet and work with many wonderful people. It has also given us many contacts and much information that can be placed at your disposal.

Ken has an extensive background in construction and he keeps his hand in by building one or two spec. homes a year. He knows houses.
Billie has spent many years mananging business both public & private, corporate and "mom & pop". She knows paperwork.

All this and our continuing education positions us as a valuable resourse to be placed at your disposal. Beginning with the question "Do we want to live here?" and ending with "Thanks for helping us find a home" we work with your time schedule.
